1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

To register and use qu9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must not hold an existing qu9 account. Each player may maintain only one (1) active account at any given time.

qu9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Minors found to be using the platform will have their accounts immediately terminated and any balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Opening an account with qu9 is free of charge. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated at all times. qu9 uses SSL encryption to protect your data and personal details during registration and throughout your use of the platform.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify qu9 support immediately. qu9 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

qu9 follows a KYC policy in line with responsible gaming practices. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g. screenshot of bKash or Nagad account screen)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

qu9 supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qu9 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirement clearance. qu9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and current volume. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to all applicable rollover conditions being met in full.
• qu9 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qu9 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are granted at qu9's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all qu9 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Each bonus promotion has a defined validity period. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• qu9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion that is found to have been claimed using fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus offers are generally available to new and eligible returning players residing in Bangladesh. Regional restrictions may apply.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to obscure the origins of illicitly obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

qu9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. While we invest heavily in maintaining a safe and reliable platform, temporary interruptions may occasionally occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

10. Amendments to Terms

qu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of qu9 after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. qu9 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. qu9 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to reach a final resolution within 14 calendar days wherever possible.
